Guaranteed Income and Rapid Re-Housing programs are essential services that both support low-income families. Abt experts dive into the design of these programs and the research findings behind their successes, addressing how each can borrow ideas from the other to improve outcomes.
Abt is a global authority on using systematic evidence reviews to identify, synthesize, and summarize research findings for researchers and practitioners.Abt is partnering with the What Works Clearinghouse to identify best practices and deliver actionable recommendations and resources that educators can apply to improve the literacy skillsof students in grades K–3. We were also selected to operate the next generation of the Pathways to Work Evidence Clearinghouse, designed to help job seekerswith low incomes succeed in the labor market.

Meet Abt’s RME Solution Strategists!
Meet Dr. Eric Hedberg and Dr. Hannah Thomas! Both with more than 20 years of experience, our Solution Strategists are helping lead Abt’s RME practice with their specialties in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research and design.
Dr. Hedberg’s primary research focuses on enhancing outcomes for youth, creating rigorous and resource-efficient data analysis products to meet client needs.
Dr. Thomas specializes in qualitative and mixed methods research related to housing and economic inequality. She collaborates with various federal and non-profit clients to implement research and offer methodological solutions that serve program and policy end users.
