System Modeling is essential to plan the services and housing that homelessness response organizations need to address local situations. Our new tool, Stella M, uses a community’s inputs on the number of people experiencing homelessness and project types to calculate the housing, shelter, and services a community requires.
Communities across the U.S. are addressing the effects of climate change. A new guide supported by Abt helps HUD grantees implement resilience approaches that focus on nature-based solutions such as relying on natural floodplains, to lessen impacts of natural hazards.
