Building Evidence on Sector Strategies and Employer Engagement Programs

 

How can sector training strategies improve economic outcomes for workers? How can they support equitable advancement and meeting employers’ needs? Abt is evaluating two programs for the U.S. Department of Labor that are designed to meet crucial workforce needs. The team will assess the implementation and evaluability of these programs and develop evidence-based studies to inform future workforce development programs and policies.
